  1. Authorship & Ownership: The Scrumban Framework™ is an original, proprietary flow-based management system created and developed by Piotr Sobiegała and Mateusz Pluta. All framework components, including but not limited to AVL (Active Value Limit), VRL (Value Rescue Limit), Age Limit, and the AI Task Lifecycle, are the exclusive intellectual property of the authors.

  2. Trademark Protection & Usage Rules: The name Scrumban Framework® is a legally protected trademark registered with the Patent Office of the Republic of Poland (Urząd Patentowy RP). The framework is an open standard created for the IT community and may be freely used and implemented in both commercial and personal projects without licensing fees. Any public publication, summary, media mention, or inclusion in training materials regarding the framework must include credit to the authors and a direct link to the official source: scrumbanframework.org. Modifying the framework or publishing it under a different name or as a proprietary solution without express written consent from the authors is strictly prohibited.

  3. Disclaimer of Affiliation: The Scrumban Framework™ is an independent project. It is not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with Scrum.org (Scrum), Kanban University(Kanban), Scaled Agile, Inc. (SAFe®), or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates. All third-party product and company names are used for identification and reference purposes only.

  4. Usage & Distribution Rules: The Scrumban Framework™ is an open standard created for the benefit of the IT community. Free application, implementation, and use of the methodology in both commercial and personal projects is permitted for all users. No. In the current version of this website, we do not collect any personal data.

  • There are no contact forms.

  • There is no user registration or login system.

  • We do not collect email addresses (no newsletter).

You can browse the full text of the Scrumban Framework completely anonymously.

Like almost every website, our server may automatically log HTTP requests (e.g., IP address, time of request, browser information).
